Return & Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction with our product/s is guaranteed but for any specific reasons you want to cancel your order then here are some important points.
You may cancel an order if it has not been yet shipped from our end and we will refund the entire amount to you. In case of cancellation request received of an order after it has been shipped, it will be treated like a returned order. For partial order cancellations, OnlineStockist will refund that partial amount back to you and process the balance ordered items agreed.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may take following steps :

You may book your return within 48 working hours after receiving the item and share the tracking details via email sales@onlinestockist.com along with order details

Please Note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable

Items to be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags/accessories), all bats with knocking/oiling and any sort of permanent changes are not eligible for refund until those are wrongly delivered items

Your Parcel should reach within 10 days of booking a return

Refund of online payments will be done in the same mode of payment within 12-15 working days once the items are received at our warehouse and are made eligible for refund after review.
Exchange Policy :
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full as per conditions mentioned above. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
