📦 Shipping

• India: Estimated delivery in 7–10 working days
• International: Estimated delivery in 8–12 working days
• Timelines include order processing + transit
• Delays may occur due to location, customs clearance, stock availability, or final quality checks
• International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs (payable by the buyer)

🔁 Returns & Refunds

• Return request must be raised within 48 working hours of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• India: Item must reach us within 10 days after approval
• International: Item must reach us within 20 days after approval
• Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer (except for incorrect or damaged items)
• Refunds processed within 12–15 working days after inspection (store credit or coupon may be offered in some cases)

🏏 Important Notes

• Customized items, knocked/oiled bats, or modified products are non-returnable
• Minor variations in color, grain, or finish are not considered defects
• Warranty claims are reviewed by the brand/manufacturer after inspection
