Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At OnlineStockist.com (operated by Zoom Retails), we value customer satisfaction and aim to offer a fair, transparent, and practical return and refund process. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped from our end.
If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation requests received after dispatch will be treated as return requests and processed as per this policy.
In case of partial order cancellation, only the cancelled item amount will be refunded; remaining items will be shipped as confirmed.
2. Returns & Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
The request is raised within 48 working hours of delivery.
The product is unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless incorrectly delivered or approved under special review:
Cricket bats with knocking, oiling, or any permanent modification
Customized or personalized products
Items that are used, altered, washed, or missing original tags/packaging
Minor variations in color, grain, weight, or design due to manufacturing batches
International orders where customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges have been paid
(These charges are non-refundable and returns on international deliveries are generally not accepted; however, exceptional cases may be reviewed individually.)
Orders delivered to hotels, hostels, or third-party addresses where loss occurs after delivery confirmation
4. Returns Due to Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction
If the correct product has been delivered but you wish to return it due to personal preference, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds or credits are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries (Case-by-Case Review)
We carefully pack and quality-check all orders. However, if you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item:
Each case is reviewed individually, and we will assess the best possible resolution (replacement, refund, or alternative solution) based on the nature of the issue.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item:
We recommend placing a new order for the desired product to avoid stock issues.
The original item may then be returned as per return conditions.
Once the return is approved and received, the refund for the returned item will be processed.
7. Refund Timelines & Modes
Approved refunds are processed within 12–15 working days after inspection.
Refunds are usually credited back to the original mode of payment.
In certain cases, we may offer store credit or a coupon code equivalent to the refund amount, at our discretion.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, or chosen refund mode.

For international orders, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the item was incorrectly delivered.
Refunds or replacements are processed only after the returned item reaches India and passes inspection.
Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
